A "not so intelligent" thief (probably) trying to be a social media celeb, has foolishly exposed himself after using a phone he stole from a person he robbed the night before, to take a selfie and subsequently posted the photo on an Instagram account that belonged to the owner of the phone.

Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, on Tuesday said President Muhammadu Buhari has thrown his weight behind the amnesty programme initiated by the state government to get illegally armed youths in the state to surrender their weapons.

This happened this afternoon along Ozumba Mbadiwe road, in Victoria Island, Lagos. A robber who smashed a car window to steal in traffic was caught by a mob. See more photos below...

The guy pictured above is Innocent Ndukwe by name, 24-year-old & a final year civil engineering student of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Imo State. He was murdered by his security guard, 30 year old David Kwaguru from Sirwo in Langtang North Local Government Area of Plateau State and two others, in his apartment at 18 Enuwa Street, Egbu, in the Owerri North Local Government Area.
