Sports minister Solomon Dalung has sent two players and three officials of the national U-23 team back to Nigeria from the ongoing 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil.

The Sprinter Kariman Abuljadayel became the first Saudi Arabian woman to compete in the 100m sprint at the Olympics today. She is one of four females from the country to be taking part in the Rio games.

The minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung has said that the Nigeria U-23 football team will not receive match bonuses at the on-going Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
