John Dyegh Ph.D yesterday begun another phase of implementation of his campaign promises to the people of Gboko-Tarka Federal Constituency through an empowerment programme that awarded scholarship to 350 indigent students of his constituency, motorcycles and sewing machines to youth and women for self employment.
Addressing his constituents at Akaaka Private Square in Gboko, venue of the occasion, the two term member of the House of Representatives maintained that the empowerment scheme was part of his plans to positively affect the people as promised during electioneering campaigns and to also appeal to some of the demands of the people of Gboko/Tarka Federal Constituency.

According to Takema, Hon. John Dyegh has wiped off the tears of the people of the area through development programmes that are manifest in the numerous constituency projects he has executed across the two local governments in the areas of health, education and roads, a feat he said the constituency never achieved in 12 previous years of representation.

The First Lady who supported the programme with 20 sewing machines also unveiled her foundation , Eunice Spring of Life Foundation to the people of Gboko.
