JUST IN: KPOJIME REPORT: At Last, one of Indictee Agrees to Refund N355.9Million Naira [SEE NAME]

 Benue State Executive Council yesterday approved the request of one of the indicted corporate bodies in the Kpojime Commission of Inquiry to refund the N355.9 million to the coffers of the state government.
This was made known to IPN  at the end of the 17th session of the council meeting at the Benue Peoples House, by the Commissioner of Information and Orientation, Chief Ode Ageh.
He noted that the Council also resolved not to prosecute anyone who volunteers to make refunds of state funds in their custody back into the coffers of the state government.
He also disclosed that Mr John Weor who was also indicted by the Kpojime Commission of Inquiry had his petition  upheld and was reinstated as Permanent Secretary to proceed on terminal leave and retire next month.
