Nigeria's Victor Moses Wins Premier League Player of The Month
Chelsea’s Nigerian import, Victor Moses, was on Wednesday voted by a rather significant margin as November’s PFA Fans’ Player of the Month. The 25-year-old, who was one of six nominees decided by Sky Sports’ expert panel to be up for the vote in November, won over 18,000 of the more than 40,000 votes cast.
Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson was second with less than 8000, while Nordim Amrabat finished third. Other nominees included Victor Anichebe, Sergio Aguero, and Matt Phillips of West Bromwich Albion.
Moses is the second consecutive Chelsea player to win the award after Eden Hazard was voted October’s PFA Fans’ Player of the Month.
Moses scored the most crucial of the four African goals in the English Premier League at the weekend as it kept Chelsea top of the table.
