Their bodies could not be found immediately, but after a few hours of search, their lifeless bodies where found and some without sensitive body parts like the eyes, tongue and others. So the youths , concluded that it was ritual killings and decided to take laws into their hands by killing some of the old men whom they suspected were behind their deaths by setting their homes ablaze , though some of them managed to escape. About eight people drowned at Ihongu Gbatar on river Benue while returning from burial 14/2/17. Five corpses have been found.This morning youths took laws into their hands at Agasha and Gbajimba burning three round huts and killed three elders claiming they were witches.... More Photos.....
