Code of Conduct Tribunal Clears Saraki In Controversial False Asset Declaration Case



The Nigeria's Senate President, Bukola Saraki was today cleared by the Code of Conduct Tribunal .

According to Channels Tv, the CCT ruled that Saraki has no case to answer in the 18 charges of non-declaration of assets brought against him by the Federal Government.

The 13 count charges filed against Saraki on September 16, 2015 were increased to 15 on April 18, 2016 and another charge was added on April 27, 2016 to make it 16.
