We Have Not Paid Salaries And Some Animals Are Talking Rubbish -Sen. George Akume [Watch VIDEO]

Distinguished Senator George Akume was caught on tape saying they are not able to pay workers salaries and some animals are saying rubbish.  He also accused his successor, Gabriel Suswam who is now former that he and his cohort are the ones who fixed names of people on payroll.

 Below are word by words of what he was saying to his supporters as they continue to clap for him;
When i was governor of Benue state. It never happened.  Why some rogues are operating everywhere. Making a lot of irresponsible comments. If Ortom pays ,i have paid. I brought in Suswam and he paid. I think, we are all committed to the success of this administration.
 Akume, wants to bring somebody, my own job is to use my resources to bring party. We work hard as opposition politician , brought in ACN, we defeated the rogues PDP because of the Nigerian factor we couldn't collect our mandate. I expanded that  to APC and brought in Ortom. 

 He continued, 
Akume is bringing in another person and these are animals who cannot even win their polling units.
 He also further started that if we loose election? Hahahaha... David Mark and Suswam will eat us raw.


 It could be recalled that the Benue state government is presently owing Benue workers 11 months salaries.  Who could be the animals he was referring to?

Senate Indicts Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Over Loss of N1.6tr Revenue

Nigeria's imediate past minister of Finance ,Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has been indicted by the Nigerian senate over a N1.7t loss in revenue. According to the Senate Ad Hoc Committee on Alleged Misuse, Under-Remittance and Other Fraudulent Activities, revenue agencies short-changed the Federal Government to the tune of N1.7tn as unremitted revenue generated between 2012 and 2016. The panel blamed it on a memo by a former Minister of Finance, Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, who allegedly issued the memo to the agencies to remit 25 per cent of revenue they generated to the Federal Government and spend 75 per cent on their expenditures. An interim report by the committee chaired by Senator Olamilekan Adeola, details this. The panel said the amount to be remitted to the Federal Government during the period by 93 agencies it investigated was N21.5tn. It alleged that 25 of the 93 agencies covered defrauded the government of a total of N1,695,585,887,406.
