Two Years After.... Senator David Mark Finally Sponsors A Bill For The First Time

After been named senate committee on observation for his continues silence during plenary sessions. The three time senate President and longest serving Nigerian senator,  David Mark representing Benue South senatorial district finally sponsored a bill for the first time in two years as a floor member at the eighth National Assembly.

The PDP and Benue south Senator spoke as a floor senator at the red chamber for the first time in two years.

Sen.Mark , spoke to push for an act to establish the Federal University of Health Science, Otukpo.

He dropped this Bill during Wednesday's plenary.
