Monster Dad Who Made His Daughter S*x Slave For 22-years, Fathered 8 Children With Her Gets Sentenced For Just 12-years In Prison

This is incredibly wicked. According to reporrs, an Argentine man, Domingo Bulacio, 57, who repeatedly r@ped his daughter, fathering eight children with her while she was his s*x slave for 22 years, gets a slap by the wrist after he was sentenced for just 12 years and eight months.

 The serial rap!st was sentenced on Wednesday for multiple s*x crimes by three judges at a court in the northern city of Santiago del Estero. 

 Domingo's relatives were among the 50 witnesses who gave evidence at the hearing.

 His daughter who testified, reportedly told the court that he had turned her into his s*x slave at seven-years-old when her mother left their home. 

 According to her, the abuse continued over the next 22-years, during which time, she gave birth to eight of his children.

 “I was not the only one, there are relatives of his who do the same to their sisters and daughters,” the victim, now aged 30, told El Liberal newspaper after the trial.

 Bulacio dubbed 'The Monster of Villa Balnearia' was caught in January 2016 after his daughter took her youngest son, aged five, to the doctor when he became seriously sick.

 According to the reports, the little boy needed to stay in the local care centre for several weeks, and it was at that time the daughter revealed to doctors who the boy’s father was.

 It was also revealed that they had all lived in a house with one room and Mr. Bulacio r@ped his daughter in front of the children, newspaper reported. 

 After Mr. Bulacio underwent a DNA test it was confirmed that the eight children were his.

Senate Indicts Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Over Loss of N1.6tr Revenue

Nigeria's imediate past minister of Finance ,Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has been indicted by the Nigerian senate over a N1.7t loss in revenue. According to the Senate Ad Hoc Committee on Alleged Misuse, Under-Remittance and Other Fraudulent Activities, revenue agencies short-changed the Federal Government to the tune of N1.7tn as unremitted revenue generated between 2012 and 2016. The panel blamed it on a memo by a former Minister of Finance, Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, who allegedly issued the memo to the agencies to remit 25 per cent of revenue they generated to the Federal Government and spend 75 per cent on their expenditures. An interim report by the committee chaired by Senator Olamilekan Adeola, details this. The panel said the amount to be remitted to the Federal Government during the period by 93 agencies it investigated was N21.5tn. It alleged that 25 of the 93 agencies covered defrauded the government of a total of N1,695,585,887,406.
