Benue State Governor, Dr Samuel Ortom, on Thursday, lauded the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for arresting and investigating the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Mr Terkimbir Ikyange, and three principal officers of the assembly. A federal high court in Abuja on Thursday restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from accepting a list of candidates for the governorship elections in Edo and Ondo from other leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) except the Ali Modu Sheriff-led National Working Committee (NWC). A Chinese woman publicly punished her husband’s alleged mistress by str!pping her and beating her in the street.
